FRESHMAN FRIDAY: NATE NEUMANN
Our last Freshman Friday for this year’s class is midfielder No. 9 Nate Neumann.
1.) When did you first start playing lacrosse?
I started in 6th grade but I stopped during freshman and sophomore years of high school.
2.) Why did you decide to come to Michigan State?
I came for academics and to play a high level of lacrosse.
3.) What does it mean to you to play for MSU lacrosse?
It is something to put my competitiveness and hard work toward.
4.) What’s your favorite lacrosse memory?
When I won the championship my senior year of high school as a captain.
5.) What’s it like to go to school far from home?
It is nice to be independent, but I miss my friends and family.
6.) If pick someone to be stuck in an elevator with, who would it be?
Will Pankratz because he is the Pancakes to my Bacon.
7.) What is something most people don’t know about you?
I lived in Japan.
8.) If you could be any cartoon character, who would it be?
Peter griffin because he’s funny and could help pass the time.
9.) Do you have any pre-game superstitions or rituals?
I always tape my right calf.
